The customer ordering process for carton packaging includes the following steps:
1. Gathering information about the customer’s needs
• The customer provides information about their current packaging or describes the requirements for a new package. The required details include materials, dimensions, shape, specific design features, durability requirements, design preferences, etc. Photos of the packaging are very helpful at this stage.
2. Technical proposal or transfer of the project to the design and costing department
Our specialist analyzes the information provided by the customer and proposes several technical solutions.
If necessary, or due to the complexity of the project, additional information may be required from the customer. In this case, our specialist will contact the customer.
The project is transferred to the design and costing department for detailed calculation and the development of a suitable packaging solution.
3. Coordination of samples and conditions with the customer
Once the customer has selected the proposed solution, we can send samples of the material and the packaging itself for the customer’s approval and verification.
The customer has the opportunity to evaluate the material quality, ease of use, and compliance with their requirements.
If the customer is satisfied with the samples and the offered price, we proceed to the next stage.
4. Coordination of production timelines and payment terms
We discuss the packaging production timelines with the customer, taking into account the required quantity and the complexity of the project.
Payment terms and other financial matters are also agreed upon.
Once the order has been received and all conditions have been settled with the customer, we proceed to the production of the packaging.
The entire ordering process is focused on high-quality packaging, customer satisfaction, and meeting production deadlines.
